Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment
At Deskset, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at returns@deskset.in with:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include your RA number on the package.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Products: We'll cover all return shipping costs and send you a prepaid shipping label.
Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Wrong Item Sent: We'll cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item at no additional charge.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days after processing
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-7 business days after processing
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or we made an error)
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong items received
To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns. We'll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at support@deskset.in
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- In most cases, we won't require you to return the damaged item
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date
- We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate
Once confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships:
- Contact us at hello@deskset.in with your order number
- If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund
- If the order has already shipped, you'll need to follow our return process
International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies with these additional notes:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency, minus any transaction fees
